Advantages

• No need to rev the engine to get the alternator to "kick in". No engine "run on". Simple wiring
• The anti-feedback lead is a great alternative to the self-excited or 1 wire alternator. There is a diode in the excitation wire to prevent the back-feeding of current, & the problems this can cause. Just plug the anti-feed-back lead into your alternator & plug in the original harness, or splice it into your harness. Wiring is simple, the green wire can be connected to the battery stud on the rear of the alternator. The black wire can be connected to the positive side of the ignition coil or any convenient 12-volt power source that is hot only when the engine is running
