New aftermarket “conversion lead” or " adapter " to use a CS121, CS130, or CS144 Delco alternator in place of a Delco 10SI, 12SI, 15SI, 17SI or 27SI Delco alternator. This lead has a resistor, made into it, to protect the voltage regulator. Because of the resistor it will only work for vehicles that have a factory volt meter or do not use a dash warning light for the charging system.
